- Emerging from long term storage and now fully prepared by the renowned Tremona Garage, this is a rare opportunity
- A well known car back in the day with a 'colourful' history, it's currently being returned to as close to standard as is possible with the parts available
- Once tuned to around 500bhp-plus, we expect that it will now be running somewhere around 330bhp
- A large coil 'High Performance' engine is fitted in place of the long since replaced original engine, which was presumably used for racing
- Fitted with a strut brace, modified breather and other modifications that would have been de rigeur before these cars became the icons they are today

- The car will come to auction ready to drive away having been thoroughly recommissioned by Tremona and a detailed invoice relating to the recent recommissioning works will be available within the sale file. Tremona Garage of Southampton are widely recognised as being hugely knowledgeable when it comes to Fords from the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. They are also known for preparing cars to a Concours standard with much success in the Autoglym Masterclass and others and were responsible for presenting the Auction World Record-holding RS500 in March 2023
