Artistry in Aluminium

Paul Pennell is a life long traditional panel beater who has made one off handmade wings and bodies specialising in prewar Rolls - Royces. In 2009 he started Artistry in Aluminium and adapted his technique to make large scale Repousse work pictures from a single piece of aluminium. All pictures are made entirely by hand using only basic handtools and a leather sandbag and give stunning reflections on the 3 dimensional shapes and portray the subject in a way a normal painting cannot. Paul is happy to undertake one off commissions of any car and his clients have included prestige Motor manufacturers and well known PLC's and his pictures have been sold to car enthusiasts from all over the World including America , Switzerland and South Africa.
