As an exhibiting club you have been issued your own unique code for your club members, followers & friends to use when booking tickets. If you need reminding of this please contact alison@inovent.co.uk.
Additional wristbands & commission
By encouraging your members to book tickets to visit the show in advance you can earn additional wristbands for use by your staff/volunteers helping on your stand as well as commission on sales. All ticket sales purchased in advance quoting your club code will automatically be attributed to your club.
Additional Exhibitor Wristbands:
Encourage your club members, followers & friends to purchase their tickets before 3 weeks out. For every six tickets sold quoting your club code before midnight on Thursday 27 February you will earn one additional exhibitor wristband, up to a maximum of four wristbands.
- Any ticket type purchased by 27/2/2025 quoting your club code is applicable to this part of the club benefits offer.
- Additional wristbands earnt will be added to your standard allocation of exhibitor wristbands (details on how these are issued will be given in the exhibitor manual).
- Sales made after 27/2/2025 using your club code will not earn further wristbands.
Commission on Ticket Sales:
If your club code is quoted for sales of 50 or more single-day adult tickets purchased in advance before midnight on Thursday 20 March, you will earn a one-off commission of £5 and then 40p for every ticket sold over 50.
- Offered only on sales of single-day adult club tickets (@£3.50 discount).
- Commission will be paid post show.
How to use your code
- Publish the club ticket offer advert, with your club code added, in all members-only publications and online areas
- Send out the club ticket offer advert/club code and show details by email or post to your members only
