If you have any issues downloading your ticket/s, you will be able to visit the Ticket Query box office when you arrive at the show and they will be able to print your ticket/s for you.

If you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the show on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge to assist you.
Please select this ticket type during the online booking process. You will need proof of disability to be admitted.
If you opt for on-the-door tickets, visit the Box Office when you arrive at the NEC to collect your carer ticket when you buy your own. You will need to bring proof of disability with you to arrange this.
Disabled parking bays for blue badge holders are allocated upon arrival by NEC traffic staff. The NEC disabled parking is charged at the standard rate.
A limited number of manual wheelchairs are available to hire free of charge to registered disabled visitors. Pre-booking is advised.
